Anne E. Walters is an experienced litigator and former Registered Nurse.
Anne is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania,
as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Anne has had experience
in a variety of general defense matters, including cases involving employment issues, product
liability issues and professional liability issues.
Before becoming an attorney, Anne worked as a Registered Nurse at North Carolina Memorial Hospital,
as well as several hospitals in Pennsylvania, where she worked part-time while attending law school.
Anne graduated cum laude from Duke University (1983), where she received her B.S.N. and then
received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh (1988), where she was an editor of the
University of Pittsburgh’s Journal of Law and Commerce and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Anne is married to Richard Cassell and they reside in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with their
daughter and son.
