Sara K. Saltsman is a partner at Shimberg & Friel and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and the United States District Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Saltsman’s current practice includes the defense of personal injury, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, motor vehicle liability and general negligence matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saltsman was an Associate at another Cherry Hill firm, where she had a similar practice and also managed the firm’s toxic tort litigation. Her past experience includes serving as an Assistant General Counsel for the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, where she handled employment matters for several City agencies, and practicing real estate law in Albany, New York.
Ms. Saltsman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Union College in 1998, magna cum laude. She was awarded departmental honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. Ms. Saltsman received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2001, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and served as a research assistant in the area of alternative dispute resolution.
In her free time, Ms. Saltsman enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors and traveling.
