Mary T. Madden is an Associate with the firm, licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and the state court of Pennsylvania. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Madden was an Associate at a New Jersey firm, where she focused her practice on real estate, landlord tenant, contract disputes, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
Ms. Madden obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Area Studies and graduated cum laude from Drexel University (2002). She graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2015. During law school, Ms. Madden was a member of the Transactional Law Competition Team and Transactional Law Honor Society. She also served as a board member and Articles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. After law school, Ms. Madden served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sherri L. Schweitzer, J.S.C in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, where she was certified as a mediator.
Ms. Madden is an avid reader and loves to travel. She also enjoys hiking, canoeing, and snowshoeing.
