Samantha DiGiuseppe is an Associate with the firm, licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DiGiuseppe served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sherri L. Schweitzer, J.S.C, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, where she was certified as a mediator.
Ms. DiGiuseppe obtained a Bachelor of Arts and graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University in 2016. Thereafter, she attended law school at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and graduated magna cum laude in 2020. While in law school, Ms. DiGiuseppe competed on Drexel’s nationally ranked Mock Trial Team, earning the title of Regional Champion and Best Advocate at the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association’s Regional Trial Competition. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association’s James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy. She continues to assist with the Mock Trial Program at Drexel University as a Mock Trial Coach.
Ms. DiGiuseppe is originally from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, where she frequently visits to spend time with her family. In the summer months, she spends much of her time at the shore.
